Pace and oth.ers requesting the abandonment of a publi.c utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant ~o Government Code §§50440, et seg.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meetzn.g on December 4 ~ i9~g ~ at 10:00 a,m. , in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Adminis~ration Building, Oroviile,
California, a hearing sha7.1 be held on ~tte abandonment of the
following descri.bed easement:
A portion of Section 35, T23N, R3E, T~M, more
par~icularly described as follows:
A11 that certain 12.00 toot public util.ity ease-
ment and recreation easement located within Lot
85, as shown on that certain map of Paradise Pines
Country G1ub Estates Unit No. 4 recorded October 27,
1971, in Map Book 38 at Page 72. Butte Count~
Official Records.
