This matter came on regulary far hearing before ~he
Board a~ Supervisors of the Caun~y of Butte, State of Calitornia,

, 1979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Bui.lding, Oroville, California, and i~ appearing ~o
said Board ~hat a Not~.ce of Time and P1.ace of Hear~.ng of said
Abandonmen~ was duly and regu~ar~.y givan as requir~d by 1aw, an.d
~estimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, f~om which said Board now finds ~that the
hereinaf~er described PubZic Highway (to wi~, a par~ion o£ But~e
Meadows Dump Access Road) is unnecessary for pr~sent or p~ospec~Cive
pub~.i.c use.
NOW, THEREFORE, TT IS HEREBY pRDERED as follows:
1. That -the public highway situated in the Caunty of Butte,
S~a~Ce of Californ,z.a, as he~rea.nafter more particularly desc~ibed, is
hereby abandoned.
2. That th~ description of said public highway so abandoned
is situa~ed in the County of Butte, State of Ca~ifornia, and rnore
par~icularly described as follows:
