Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State ot California,
on November 6, ,~979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Buildxng, Oroville, Cali~ornia, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notzce of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at sa~d hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described ~ublic Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or praspective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~T IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
l. That the public uti.lzty easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as I~ex~einafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the descriprion of said gubl.ic utili.ty easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Burte, S~ate of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
A I0.00 foot strip of iand southerlq of and adjacent
to the northerly line of Lot 17 as shown on ~hat
certain map of Paradise Pines Unit No. 2, recorded
in Map Book 35 at Page 74 of Butte County Official
Records, bounded on the west by a line 50.00 feet
easterly of and para11e1 with the centerline of
Masterson tiday and bounded on the east by a line 10.00
feet northwesterly of and parallel with the south-
easterly line of said Lot 17.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolut~on, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the Coun~y of Butite, State o~ Californa.a, to be recorded in the
office of ~he Recorder of the Cou~.ty of Butte, State of California.
