RESOLUTION ABANDONTNG A PUBLIC UZ'ILITY EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board af Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on Nove~ber 6 , 1979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Eiearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regular7.y given as required by 1aw, and
testimony and evidence, bot11 ora1. and documentary, having been
pxoduced at said hearing, from which said Board now £inds that the
hereinaftex descri~bed Fublic Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective pub~ic use.
NOW, THEREFORE, ZT IS IIEREBY ORDERED as ~ollows:
l. That the publ.~c uti~lity easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of CaJ.i.fornia, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description ot said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia,
and more particularly described as ~oliows:
A portion of Lot '7 of Sect~.on:.1, T22N, R3E, also
being those certain publ.~.c uti.lity easements as
shown between Lo~s 12 and 13 also Lots ~.3 and 14
on ~he Map of ~den kz.nes Subdivision recorded in
Book 38 at Pages 57 through 59, County of Butte,
State of California, moze paxticulaxly dascrzbed
as follows:

Th.at certain six-foot public utility easement lying
three feet on each side of the following-described

Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 12; ~
thence S 75°45'32" E, 194.87 feet, excepting ~
theret'rom that portion lying para11e1 with and 1.0 ~
feet distant from the westerly right-of-way line of ~

three feet on each side of the following-described

Beginning at ~he most westerly corner of Zot 13;
thence S 76°46'25" E, 200.67 feet, excepting
therefrom tha~ portion lying parallel with and 10
feet dis~an~ from the westerly right-of-way line
of Gate Lane.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certitied
copy of this Reso~ution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the Caun~y of Sutte, State of California.
