Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on November 6 , 1979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Orovilie, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place o£ Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, ~rom which said Board now finds that the
here~nafter desc~ibed Public Utility Easement is unnecessary £or
present a~ pxaspective public use.
NOW, THEl.2EFORE, IT IS HERESY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the Coun.ty
o£ Butte, State o~ Cala.fornia, as hereinatter more particularly
described is hereby abandomed.
2. That the desc~ipti.on of saa.d pubZic utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State o~ Cali~'ornia,
and more particularly described as follows:
AlI those certain public utility easements as shown.
of Lot 299 of Paradise Pines Unit No. 4 recorded in
Book 37 at Page 101 Maps of Record, County of Bu~te,
SCa~e of California, more particularly described as
follows:
1. All that 12-foot public utility easement
j lying east of and adjacen~ to the following-
j described line, commencing at the northwest
corner of Lot 299; thence S 01°18'44" E, b6.43
feet to the end of said line.
2. A11 that 10-foot public uti~.ity easement
lying south of and adjacent to the north
line of said Lot 299, commencing at a point
on said north line that lies N 88°41'16" E,
12 feet from the northwest corner ot Lot 299;
thence along said north ~.ine N 88°41'16" E, a
distance of 93 feet to the end of said 1ine.

3. That the Clerk of this Soard sha11 cause a certified
copy of this Resolu~ion, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors

office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
