RESOLUTIQN NUMBER 79-172
WHEREAS, On October 5, 1979 the Butte County Board of
Supervisors adopted Resolution Number 79-204 amendzng Resolution
Number 79-172 ~ixing various tax rates per One Hundred Aollars
($IOO.Od) of assessed valuation to be appl~ed to the taxable
assessed values within the boundaries of ~he respective entities
on the 1979-80 Secured Property Tax Roll; and
WHEREAS, przor to the issuance of the tax b~lls, an
erzoz was discovered in the calculation ofi the rate for the Paradise
Unified School District Lease/Purchase;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board o~ Supervzsors
of the Counfiy of Bu~te, Sfiate of California, that the tax rate per
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) assessed valuation for the Parad~se
Unified School District Lease/Purchase, is hereby amended to read
.426, and that all other tax rates ~emain as amended in Resolution
Number 79-204.
PASSED AND AAOPTED ~his 20th day of November; 1979, by
the Bu~te County Board of 8upervisors, by the ~o~zowing vote:
