Earhart and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et seq.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the peti~ion for
abandonment.
NOW, TH~RE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on , ~ggp~ at 10~00 a~~• ,
in the Soard Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
Cali~ornia, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
~ollowi.ng described easement:
Bein.g two l0 foot wide public utility easements on
Lot 51 of Paradise Pines Unit Number 5, as said
easements a~e shown on the m.ap filed for record in
Book 35 of P4aps at pages 88, 89, 90 and 91, Butte
County Records, more particularly dese~ibed as
follows:
1. A strip o~ land of the unifornc width of 10
feet l.ying contiguous to and nortlxwesterly
of the southeasterly boundary line of said
Lot 51 an.d running from the northeasterly
boundary ~in.e of said Lot 51 south 33°18'S9"
west 125.51 feet to the southwesterly
boundary line of said Lot 51.
Excepting therefrom the southwesterly 20 ~eet
Chereof.
2. A strip of ].and of the un.~.form width of 10
fee~ lying contiguous to an.d soutkZwesterly
of ~he northeasterl.y boundary line of said
Lot 51 and running from the narthwesterly
boundary line o~ the strip of land herein-
before described and designated 1, north 61°
51'45" west 77.53 feet to the northwesterly
boundary line of said Lot 51.
Excepting therefrom the northraesterly 20 feet
thereof.
2. That this Resolution be posred and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
