deems it advisable to se11 the following surplus property, to wit:
A~I that certain real property si~uated in the
County of Butte, State of California, described
as follows: Lot 1, 2, 3, 4. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, i0,
11, ~2, 13, ~4, 15, 16 and 17 of Block 7, EI Medio
tract, Subdivzsion ~~1, as the same are laid down,
numbered and designated on the map thereof, filing
as of zecord in the Office of the Recorder of the
Coun~y of Butte, State of California, on the 7th
day of February, 1910, in book (S) of maps, at
page 16.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that it is the intention
of this Board to sell the a~orementioned property at a minimum price
of $90,000.00.
TT IS FURTHER P~ SO~VED that on the January 8, 1980 at
11:15 a.m., a public meetzng of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte will be heXd at the regular place of ineeting o.f
said Board, at which ~ime proposals to purchase will be rece~ved
and considerad.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Soard of Supervisors
this 27th day of November, 1979, by the fo~lowing vote:
