This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on , 1979, in Che Board Chambers, Sutte County
Admim,~.strati.on Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as requzred by law, and
tesCimony an.d evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereina~ter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary ~or
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, TT IS HEREBY ORDER~D as foJ.lows:
l. That the public utility easement sieuated in the County
o£ Butte, State of California, as herei.nafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. '~hat the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of Calzforni.a,
and more particularly described as follows:
A por~ion of Section 35, T23N, R3E, MDM, more
particularl}~ described as follows:
All that certain 12.00 foot public utility ease-
ment and recreation easement loca~ed within Lot
85, as shown on that certain map of Paradise Pines
Country Club Estates Unit No. 4 recorded October 27,
I971, in hlap Book 38 at Page 72, Sutte County
Official Records.
3. That ~he CZerk of this Board sha11 cause a certified
copy of this Resolution., with the seal o~ tlze Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of Cal.ifornia
