A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0. 79-205
WHEREAS, On October 2, 1979, this Board adopted Resolution
No. 79-205 renaming Kirk Road to Fagan Lane from Larkin Road to the
end; and
WHEREAS, due to a procedural error, the necessary posting
and publishing of the Kirk Road name change was not done, as required
by I.aw.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That Resolution No. 79-205 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board o£ Supervisors
