TO ABANDON A DRAINAGE EASEMENT
C~E~EAS, this Board has received a petition from A. DeVore
and others requesting the abandonment of a drainage easement as
described below; and
L7HEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et seg.,
thi.s Soard shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandoninent .
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by the BoarB of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on .Tanuary ]5 , 29,80, at 10:00 a.m. ,
in the Soard Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shaZl be he1.d on the abandonment of the
£o11ow~.ng described easement:
A poxtion of Section 23, T23N, R3E, NIDM and being
a portion of Paradise Pines Unit No. 12 as shown
oz~. that certain map thereof, recorded in Map Book
38 at Page 27, Butte County Official Records, more
particularly descri.bed as follows:
A srrip of land 2.00 £eet wide, the southeasterly
line of ~,ahich is 8.00 feet northwest of and parallel
with the southeasterly line of Lot 126 of said Unit
No. 12, excepting theze£rom the northeasterly I0.00
feet, adjoining t~.e northeasterly boundary of' said
Lot 126 and the southwesterly 20.00 feet, adjoining
the northeasterly ra.ght of way of Bridgeport Circle.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
