AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTX ORDINANCES NOS. 645 and 595
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California
does ordain as fo]tlows:
That Butte County Ordinance IQoo 595 is hereby amended in the
following particulars:
SECTION 1. The hereinbelow described area situate in the County of
Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an "A-3"
{Agricultural) District, and such axea sha~.l be subject to the restrictions,
restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. The axea
so zoned (hereinafter referred to as Bistrict) is described as follows:
1.1 Parcel No. 1 -- All properties within Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, ld,
11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35 and 36 of T. 18,
North Range 4E; and al.l properties within Sections 6, 7, 18, 19, 30 and 31 of
T. 18, North Range 5E.
1,2 Parcel No, 2 .-- Assessor Parcels 36-30-6, 10, 15 and 37 as
designated by map in the office o£ the County Assessor on the first Monday
in March, ].963.
This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in full force
and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage this Ordinance
shall be published once with the names of the members voting for and against
it in the Biggs News ~ a newspaper published in the County of
Butte, State of California.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
',State of California, this 7th day of January, 1964, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pryde, McKillop and Chairman 5teinegger
NOES: None
ASSENT: Supezvisor Alldredge
