AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-13 OF TFiE
CODE OF BUTTE COUNTY CAI,xFORNIA
', The BOARD OF SUPERVISORS o£ the COUNTY OF BUTTES STATE
~! OE' CALIFORNIAr do ordain as follows:

to Section 14--13 of the Code of Butte Countys Californ
is hereby amended by adding the following sub-section thereto:

"M. On the west side of Almond Street in front
II of the United States Post Office."
2, This Ordinance will take effect thirty (30) days
~I after its passages and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
'days after its passages, it shall be published at least once with
the names of the supervisors voting for and against in a local
newspaper published in the County of Butter State of California.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of Californian on the 14th day of Januarys
1964s by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, I'ryde, SCeinegger and Chairman McKillop
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Alldredge~~
NOT VOTING: None
