AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 776 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
KNOWN AB THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1963-64.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 776 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That Section No. 41 of said Ordinance, entitled "Welfare"
is amended by deleting the following;
Salary No. of Classification Title
range positions
24 1 Secretary
and adding the following;
Salary No. of Classification Title
range positions
23 1 Principal Clerk
2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after
the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, it shall be published with the names of
the members voting for and against the same, once, in a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting thereof, on
the 14th day of January 1964, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Alldredge
