Afternoon,
Per Mark Michelena, Jim Ledgerwood has requested to be reappointed to ALUC.
Further, as there is currently a vacancy in the Board Appointed members of ALUC, Sherry Miller has submitted
the attached application for consideration for the outstanding vacancy. The term of both of these positions
would end in 2020.
Should the Board wish to take action, the board may do so under Item 4.01 – Boards, Commissions, and
Committees – Appointments to Listed Vacancies.
