HomeMy WebLinkAbout80-002-- ~sx~~c~~' "UBUC WORKS This matter came on regularly for hearing be~ore the Board ot Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, p~ January 8 ,~,9$~, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to sa~.d Board that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Iiearing of said Abandonment was dulq and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which said Board.xzow finds that the hereinafter described Public Utility Easernent is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. That the public utility easement situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter mare particularly described is hereby abandoned. 2. That the description of said public utility easement so abandoned i.s situated in the County of Sutte, State of Calzfornia, and more particularly described as folZows: Being two 10 £oot wide pubJ.a.c utility easemenCS on Lot 51 of Paradise Pines Unit Numb2r 5, as said easements are shown on the map filed for record in Book 35 of Maps at pages 88,, 89, 90 and 91, Butte County Record.s, more particularly described as follows: 1. A strip of 1and of the urciform width of 10 feet Zying contiguous to and northwesterly ot' the southeaster~y boundary line of said Lot 5l and running fxom the northeasterly boundary line of said Lot 51 south 33°18'S9" west 125.51 fee~ to the southwesterly bound.ary line of said Lot 51. ~xcepting therefrom the southwesterly 20 feet ~ thereof. ~ 2.
