TO ABANDON PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this board has received a petition from Ruth E.
Mooney and others requesting the abandonment of a gublic utility
easement as described below; and
WIiEREAS, pursuant ro Government Code §§5044fl, et se~c.,
this Soard sha11 set a da~e for a hearing on the petition for
abandon~ent.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESO~VED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby g~ves notice that at its
regular meeting on Eebruary 19 ~~9g0, at 10:00 a.m.,
in the Soard Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being two 10-foot-wide public utiZity easements, one
lying contiguous to the wes~erly boundary l~ne of
Lot 289 of Paradise Pines Unit No. ~, and the other
lying contiguous to the easterly boundary line of
Lot 293 of Paradise Pines Unit No. 4, as said lots
and easements are shown on the map fzled for record
zn Book 35 0~ Maps at pages 97, 98, 99, X00 and 101,
Butte County Records, more particularly described as
follows:
1. A strig of land of the uniform width of 10
feet lying contiguous to and westerly of the easterly
boundary line of said Lot 293 and ex~ending from the
southerly boundary line of said Lot 293. ExcepCing
therefrom the southerly 10.00 feet.
2. A strip of land of the uniform wid~h of 10
feet ~ying contiguous to and easterly of the westerly
boundary line ot said Lot 289 and extending from the
sourherly boundary Iine o~ said Zot 289 northerly
92.0 feet to the northerly boundary 1ine,of said
Lo~ 289. Excepting therefrom the southerly 10.00 feet.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Govexnment Code §§50440 and 50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
