Nash and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED by the Bo.ard of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on F'ebruary 19 , J.980, at 10:0o a,m,,
in tiie Soard Chambers, Butte County Admin~.stration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being a 25-foot-wide public utzlity easement located
within Lot 28 of Paradise Fines Country Club Estates
Unit No. 3 as said easemen~ and lot aze shown upon
the map filed for record in Book 38 of Maps at pages
64, 65, 66, 67 and b8; ButCe County Records, more
particularly described as follows:
A strip of land of ~ne uniform width of 25 feet lying
con~iguous to and easterly of the westerly boundary
line of sazd Lot 28 and extending from ~he southerJ.y
boundary line of said Lot 28 northerly to Che northerly
boundary line of said Lot 28, and running from the
southexly boundary line of said Lot 28 N 21°59'46"E
70.00 feet.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions o£ Government Code §§50440 and 5044I.
