NO~d, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDEx~ED as follows: l. That the publ~.c utili.ty easement situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as hexeznafter more particularly described is hereby abandoned. 2. That the description of said drainage easement so abandoned is si~ua~ed in the County of But~e, S~ate of California, and more particularly described as follows: A portion of Section 23, T231~I, R3E, MDM and being a portion of Paradise Pines ~Init No. Z2 as shown on that certain map thereof, recorded in P4ap Book 38 at Page 27, Butte County Official Records, more particularly described as follows: A strip of land 2.00 feet wide, the southeasterly line of which is 8.00 feet northwest of and parallel with. the south.easterly Iine of Lot ~26 of said Unit No. 12, excepting therefrom the northeasterly 10.00 feet, adjoining the northeasterly boundary of said Lot 126 and tne southwesterly 20.00 feet, adjoining the noreheasterly right of way of Bridgeport Circle. 3. In the cas~ of a jurisdictianal change, which wo;a.ld ~ 2~ ma~erially affect the no~.-pr~perty tax xeve~.v.es of eithex Bu~te , 22 County oz an.y of its cities sa as to signi.ficantly i.mpair i~s 2~ aba.~ity to prov~de for the pub~.ic heal~h and saf~ty of i~s citi- 24 zens, such exchange of proper~y tax~s sha11 be conside~ed outside ' 2~ the scope o~ this agreemen~ and sha11 be sui~ject to separate 28~ nego~iations.
