Co~ission, an amendmen~, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to
the Land Use Element of rhe Butte County General P1an; and
WHEREAS, pursuant ~o Government Code §65355, hearings h.ave
been held by the Board of Supervzsors to con.sider the above amendment;
and
WH~1t~A5, the Board o~ Supervisors has reviewed and considered
the negative declara~ion regarding environmental impact, attached
hereto as Exhibit "B", prepared ~or the above amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
finds that the area lends itself to the requested amendment and to
the development that is proposed to ~a11ow, that the amendtnent will
be consistent with land use now zn the area, th.at the amendment is
consistent with the policies of the Land Use Element and in conformity
with the policies in any other elements of the Genexal Plan, that
this finding is being based upon the infortnation presented at the
hearing before this Board, at the hearing th.ereon before ~he Butte
County Planning Commission and the research and studies on which the
amendment was based.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tl~e Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, ~hat the amendmen~ ~o
the Land Use Map, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be adopted
and incorporated within the Land Use Map of tl~e Land Use Element of
the General Plan of the County of Butte.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, pursuant to Government Code
§65359, the General Plan of the County of Butte is endorsed to shora
that the above amendment has been approved by this Board.

OF TH~ SUTTE COUNTY GENERAL PLAN
BE IT ~URTHER RESOLVED, pursuant to Government Code §65360,
a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the City Councils of the
citzes of Butte County.

this 7th day o£ October, 1980, by the following vote:
