this Board shaZl set a date for a hearing on the petition for.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 1ZESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on r~arch 4
, I980, at 10:00 a .m.,
zn the Soard Chambers, Butte County A.dministration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandon.ment of the
following described easement:
A l0-foot-wide public ut~lity ease~nent located
within Lot 96 of Paradise Pines Unit No. 12, as
said 1ot and easement are shown upon the map filed
for record i.n Book 39 o~ Maps at Pages 24, 25, 26
and 27, Butte County Records, more particularly
described as follows:
A strip of Iand of the uniform wzdth of 10 feet
lying contiguous to and southerly of the nor~herly
boundary line of said Lot 96 and extending from the
westerly boundary Iine of said Lot 96 N 86°36'49" E
80.00 feet to the easterly boundary line of said
Lot 96.
2. That this Resolutioz~. be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
