Administration Building, Oroville, California, and i~ appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said
A.bandonment was duly and reg~.larly given as required by la~ur, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from wlzich said Board now finds that the
hereinafter descri.bed Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or praspective public use.
NO~d, THEREk'ORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
l. That tki.e public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particuZar~.y
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public uti~ity easement
so abandoned is si~uated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as fol~.ows:
Being ~wo 10-foot-wide public utility easements, one
lying contiguous ro Che westerly boundazy line of
Lot 289 of Paradise Pi.nes Unit No. 4, and the other
lying contiguous to the eastexly boundary line of
Lot 293 of Paradise Pines Unit No. 4, as said lots
and easements are shown on tkze znap ~iled for record
in Book 35 of Maps at pages 97, 98, 99, I00 and 101,
Butte County Records, more particularly described as
follows:
1. A strip of land of the uniform width of 10
~eet lying contiguous to and westerly of the easterly
boundary line of said Lot 293 and ex~ending from ~he
southerly boundary line of said Lot 293. E~cepting
therefrom the south.erly 10.00 feer.
2. A strip of Iand of the uniform width of 10
feet lying contiguous to and easterly of th.e westerly
boundary line of said Lot 289 and extending from the
southerly boundary line of said Lot 289 northerly
92.0 £eet to the northerly boundary line of said
Lot 289. Excepting therefrom the southerly ~O.QO feet.

RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
3. That the Clerk of ~his Board sha11 cause a certi~ied
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Soard of Superv~sors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of ~ut~e, State of Ca~ifornza.

this 19th day of February , 198Q, by the following vote:
