Th.is matter came on regularJ.y for hearing before the
Boazd of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State ot CaZifornia,
on February 19 , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Norice of Tizne and Place ot Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by 1aw, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
producec~ at said hearing, from which said Board now ffnds thae the
hereinatter described Public Utili.ty Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.

I10W, THEREFORE, IT IS H~REBX ORDERED as follows:
i. That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described a.s tcereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Bur~e, State of California,
and more pazticularly described as follows:
Bezng a 25-foot-wide public utility easement located
within Lot 28 ot' Paradise Pines Country Club Estates
Unzt No. 3 as said easetnent and lo~ are shown upon
the map filed for record in Book 38 of Maps at pages
64, 65, b6, 67 and 68; Butte County Records, more
particularly described as follows:
A strip of land of the uniform width of 25 feet lying
cot~.tiguous to and easterly of the wesrerly boundary
~izie of said Lot 28 and extending from the southerly
boundary Iine of said Lot 28 northerly to the nor~herly
boundary line of said Lot 28, and running from the
southexly boundary line o~ said Lot 28 N 21°59'46"E
70.00 feet.
3. That the Clerk of this Board sha11 cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal ot the Board of Supervisors Q
