Martone and o~hers requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Gove~nment Code §§50440, et seg.,
this Board shall set a date foz a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ~T ~SOLVED by the Board o£ Supervisozs:
1. ~hat this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on March 25 , 1980, at 10:00 a.~•, in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administ~ation ~uilding, Ozovil~e,

within Lot 188 of Paradise Pines Country Club
Estates Unit No. 3, as said loC and easement are
shown upon the map filed for record in Book 38
of Maps a~ page 54, 65, 66, 67 and 68, Butte
County Records.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50~40 and 50441.
