abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 1ZESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Soard hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on N~arch 2',5
, 1980, at l0:0o a .m.,
in the Board Chambers, Butte County Admin~.stration Bui~ding,
OrovilZe, California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment
of the following described easement:
A portion of Sec~ion 35, T23N, R3E I~IDM and being a
portion of Lo~ 216, as shown on that certain map
of Paradise Pines Country Club Estates UniC No. 4,
recorded in Book 38 of Maps at Pages 69 to 73, Butte
County Official Records, more particularly described
as follows:
Parcel I- A 10-foot strip of land southeasterly of,
at right angle to and adjacent to the northerly line
of said Lot 216; bounded on the east by the east line
of said Lot 216; and bounded on the west by the west
line of said Zot 216.
Parcel II - A 10-foot strip of land southeasterly of,
at~t angle and adjacent to the westerly line of
said Lot 216; bounded on the nortlz by the northerly
line of said Lot 216 and on the south by a line 50.00
feet northerly of and parallel with the centerline of
South Park Drive.
2. That this Resolution be pos~ed and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
