WHEREAS, the California Food and Agricul.ture Code, in
§§11754, 11923 and 12034, allows for the set~ing of fees for the
County registration o~ Pest Control Aircraft Pi~.ots, Pest Control
Advisozs ax~d Pest Control Operators; and
CaH~REAS, the fnllowing fees are reasonable for x~egistra-
tion of Pest Control Aircra~t Pilots, Pest Control Advisors and
Pest Control Operators, as defined in ~he~California Food and
Agriculture Code §§11401, et s~.
i+IOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED that the Butte County
Board of Supe~rvzsors hereby fix the folZowing fees for the registra-
tion of Pest Control Aircraft Pilots, Pest Control Advisars and
Pese Control Operators, as defined in the Calitornia Eood and
Agriculture Code §§11401, et se~c.
l. Ten dol.~.ars ($10.00) per year for Pes~ ControZ
Aircrafr Pilots who register in ep rsan in this County and five
dollars ($5.00) per year for Pest Control Aircraft Pilots previously
registered in another county and who register in this County by
mai1.
2. Ten dollars ($10.00) per year for Pest Control
Advisors who regis~er in erson in this County. No charge for a
Pest Con.trol Advisar who registers in this County by mail; by
mailing to the Office of the ,Agricultural Commissioner of the
Counry of Burte a properiy executed regist~ation ~'orm.
3. Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year for Pest Control
Operators.
4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect on January 1, 1980.
