by the Iiutte Coun-~y Hoard of Supex•visors to the Butte County Board of Education
to be reimbursed to the County of Butte at the rate o~ twen~ty percen~ (2(7~fO)
o£ the cost per year; and
~,~tEAS~ the Butte Gounty Board of Education desires to enlarge the
remodelin~ project paying for all expenses in addi-~ion to the $100,000; and
~Sf the Butte Goun~y Board of ~ducation desires to adminis-ter
and determine all remodeling ~ahich vrill taite place on tl~e o1d Butte Gounty
Administration Building.

l. Tha~ Resolution 79~3 paragraph 9 be amended to read as follou~s:
9o Upon completion of the new county adminis~ration building in
~he county center, the caunty offices in the old adrr~inistratian building sha].1
be vacated. At such time the Board of Su.pervisors agrees ~o execute ~he deed
that is attached hereto as ~xhibit "A,'T t~7hich is incorpora~ed herein as if set
forth in fullt which deed conve~s the propert~ lrno~,m as the 'iCourthouse Square°
to the Butte County Board o~ Education, The Butte Cov.nty Superintendent of
Schools shall vacate his presen-~ offices located in the old county ]~.brary
building and sha~.l relocate to ~he old covnty ac3.rrri.nistration bu~.J.di.ng as
soon as feasible after the remodeling o£ the old county administration building.
The Bu1;~e County Superintendent of Schools sha11 maintain ti~e special education
and media centers:'.in'their present location.
Tt is understood ar~d agxeed by the parties adop~ing ~his resolution
that the Butte Count~ Board oi Bducation shall conduct remode]ing~ in tha~
building reierred to as the County Administrata.on Buildir~~ which is situated
on that rea~ property described in F.,xhbit "A."
The Butte Coun~ty Board of Supervisors shall cnntribute $110,000
tovJards the cost of remode7ing. Any eost of remodeling in excess of $11.0,000 shall be
borne by the Bu~te County Board oz Education. I~ zs ~'urther agreed b~* a1.1.
