PROGRAM AI'PLICATION
WHEREAS, ~He California Youth Authority has been authoriz~d
by the I.egislature to review appl3.cations for part3.cipation in
the County Justice System Subvention Program, and.
WIiEREAS, '~he California Yov.th Authority required assurances
that the state subvention wilY not taice the pl.ace of county funds
presently being e~epended for the prograu~ inciuded in the funding
request.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte that all funding req~zests in the county's
appl.zcation as approved Ot7~ February 26, 1980 are for new programs
or for programs mandated by Chapter 1071 of the Statu~es of 3.976,
or for programs funded by federal manpower funds.
