This matter came on regularly foz teearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o~ California,
on March 4 , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, Califox-nia, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time az~d Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from whi.ch said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, TH~REFORE, IT IS HEI2EBY ORDER~b as ~oiioWS:
1. That the public utili~y easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter tnore particularly
described is hereby acknowledged.
2. That ~he description ot said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
A IO-foot-wzde public utility easemez~.t located
within Lot 96 of Paradise Pines Unit No. 12, as
said 1ot and easement are shown upon ttce map filed
tor record in Boak 39 of P4aps at Pages 24, 25, 26
and 27, Sutte County Records, more particularly
described as follows:
A strip o~ land of the uniform width of IO feet
lying contiguous to and southez~.y of the northerly
boundary line of said Lot 96 and extendi~ng from the
westerly boundary line of said Lok 96 1V 86°36'49" E
80.00 feet to the easterly boundary line of saa.d
Lot 96.
3. That the C1erk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolu~ion, with the seal o£ Che Board of Supervisors
of the County o~ But~e, State of Californ.ia, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of But~e, State of California.
