Walker and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility ease-
ment and recreational easemen.t as described below; and
WEiER~AS, pursuant to Govern~nent Code §§50440, et se~c .,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREPORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Soard hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on April 8 , 1980, at 10:00 a•~., in the
Soard Chambers, Bu~Ce Couza.ty Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the following
described easement: '
A portion of Paradise Pines Country Club Estates
Unit No. 3, being a portion of the southwest I/4
of Section 36, T23N, R3E MDM, as shown on that
certain map thereof, recordec~ in Map Book 38 at
Page (5 Bu~te County Official Records, more
particularly described as follows:
A 5.00 foot strip of land being the most northerly
5.00 feet of the most south,erly ~0.00 feet ot
Lot 124 as shown on said map of Paradise Pines
Country Club Estates Unit No. 3.
2. That this Reso~.uti.on be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Govez~nment Code §§50440 and 50441.
