Guy and othezs zequesting the abandonment of a gub7.ic utility ease-
ment and zecreational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et seg.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the pe~ition ~or
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES4LVED by the Board of Supervisors:
I. That tt~.is Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on Apri1 8 , 1980, at 10:00 a,~,, in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, ~
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the following
described easement:
,l~,port~.on of Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDM, as shown on
that cezta~.n subdivision map of Paradise Pines Unit
No. 10, recorded in Map Book 38 at Page 13, Butte
County O~f~.cial"Records, more particular7.y described
as follows:
A strip of ~and 10.00 feet wide, adjacent to and
southerly of the north line of Lot 143 of said Unit
No. 10, bounded on the east by the easterly line of
said Lot 143 and on the west by a line 50.00 feet
easterly of and parallel with the centerline of
Racine Cizcle.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and 50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 4th day of March , Z980, by the following vote:
