AND DZRECTING NOTZCE OF SAME
WH~R~AS, i~ is the intent of the Board of Supervisors
o~ the County of Butte to revoke its designation as the recognized
Commvnity Action Agency for the County of Butte; an~
L~IEAEAS, ir is Che intent of the Board of Supervisors
of Che Coun~y of Sutte to designate the Community Action Agency of
BuC~e CounCy, Ync., as the recognized Community Action Agency for the
County of $utte;
NOGJ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
l. The executive director ~.s authorized and directed
to issue and serve a11 appropriate notices of the aforesazd intent to
revoke and designate;
2. A, publi.c hearzng on these and all related matters be
set for Tuesday, May 6, 1980 at 10:00 a.m, in the chambers of Che
Board af Supervisors in the County Administration Building at 25 County
Center Drive, Oroville, California.
3. The axecutive dzrectox is authorized and direcfed to
post, publish, maa.l and otherwise serve, all appropriate notices of
said public hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 4th day of March, 1980, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Moseley, Wheeler and Chaircnan Lemke
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Winstan
NOT VOTING : None
