TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Butte County is conducting a federally funded Housing
and Community Development Program in South Oroville; and
WHE~A,S, a dwelling was acquired for purposes of rehabilitation
of a blighted structure at 333`j Columbia, Oroville, California; an.d
WIiE1ZEAS, said dwelling has been rehabilitated ~.n accordance with
the provisions o£ said housing program; and
WI~REAS, the But~e County Board of Supervisors has author~.zed
the sale of said property to.Sheila and Michael Jomari.
NOW, TTiE~'012~, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County P7.anning
Director is hereby authorized to execute the sale of sai.d property to
Sheila and Michael Jomari for the sum of thirty-three thousand do7.lars
(~33,000).
PASSED AIdD ADOPTED by the Butte Co~nty Board of Supervisors this
