WHEREAS, this Board has rece~ved a pe~ition f~om Mzcarter,
Inc., and others req~es~ing the abandonment of a public utili~y
easemen~ as described be~ow; and
WHEREAS, purs~an~ ~o Gove~x~.~ent Code §§~a44a, e~ seg.,
~his Board sha11 set a date foz a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~E ~T RESOLVED by the Board o~ Supervisors:
