ordinance for ~he County of Butte, effective January 5, 1980; and
WHEREAS, AssembZy Bi11 2025 has been introduced by
Assemblyman Stan Statham; and
WHEREAS, Assembly Bi11 2025 amends §69948 and §74940 of
the Government Code pertaining to court reporters and municipal
court employees within the County of Butte.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butta County Board
of Supervisors that this Board does hexeby support Assembly Bi.II
2050.
