WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors, on January 22, 1980,
adopted Resolution No. 80-17, which Resolution declared this Board's
intention to sell the real property described therein and requested
proposals for development of said property, pursuant to a deve~opment
packet sefiting forth conditions to the sale, which was attached to said
Resolution; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 80-17, a bid from John
and Susan Luallen was received, with said bid being in excess of the
minimum price set forth in said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, having cal~ed for oral bids trom the public, no
oral bids were made; and
WHEREAS, John and Susan Lual~en have submitted a deposit of
$4,750.00, pursuant to Resolurion No. 80-I7, which sum has been deposited
with the County Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the bid con~ains a proposal for development,
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", meeting the conditions of the sale of
the propezty, which conditions are attached hexeto as Exhibit "S".
NOW, ~'HEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that:
1. The Chairman of this Board is authorized to execute a
deed to John and Susan Luallen covering the real proper~y descxibed
in Resolution No. 80-17.
2. Said execution of the deed be sub}ect to Che conditions
to the sale of reai property and to the proposal for development,
attacYced hereto as Exhibit "A" and "B", respectively_
