This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
o~ March 25 , J.980, ~.n the Board Cha~nbers, Butte County
Admini~stration Buildi.ng, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Soard that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testirnony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds tlzat the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary tor
present or prospective use.
NOW, THEREFORE, I'F IS HERESY ORDERED as follows:
1. Tlzat the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particular~y
descra.bed is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated zn the County of Butte, State of California,
and more pa~ticulazly described as follows:
A. 10 foot wide public ~a.tility easement located
within Lot 188 of Paradise Pines Country Club
Estates Unit No. 3, as said lot and easement are
shown upon th.e map filed for record in. Book 38
of Maps at page 64, 5b, 66, 67 and 68, Butte
County Records.
3. That the Clerk o~ this Board shall ca~.se a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
ot the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Aecorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
