Martone and others requesting the abandonment of a recreationaZ
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, gursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Board shaI.l set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
' 1.. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
I regular meeting on Apri1 29 , 1980, a~ 10:00 a.m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte Coun~y Administrarion Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on ~Che abandonmen~ of ~Che
following described easement:
Southerly 3 feet of recreational easement located
within Lot 188 of Paradise Pines Country Club
Estates Unit No. 3, as said lot and easementi are
shown upon the map filed for record in Book 38 of
Maps at Pages 64, 65, 66, 67 and 68, Butte County
Records.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and 50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
