JUS7T°CE COUR7 CASE R~PORT LI~BRARY
WHEREAS, ~he County of Butte desires to undertake a certain project
designated Gridley Justice Court Case Report Library to be funded in part from
funds made available through the Qmnibus Crime ControT and Safe S~ree~s Act of
1968, PL 90-351, as amended, (hereafter referred to as the Crime Control Act)
administered by the Office o~ Criminal ~ustfce Planntng (hereafter referred to
as ~C~P).
NOW, TWE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLUEQ that the Gridley Justice Court Judge
of the County of Sutte is authorized, an ~ts behalf, to submit the attached
Application for Grant for Law Enforcement Purposes to OCJP and if authorized to
execute on behalf of Butte Caunty the attached Grant Award for law enforcement
purposes incl~ding any extensions or amendments th~reof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the applieant agrees to provide a73
ma~ching funds required for said project (includin~ any extension or amendment
thereof) under the Crime Cantrol Act and the rales and regulations of OCJP and
the Law Enforcemen~ Assistance Administration and that cash will be appropriated
as required thereby.
B~ IT FURTHER RESOLVED that grant funds received hereunder sha71 not
be used ~o supplan~ law enforcement expenditures eontrolled by this body.
