McGall and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement and recreational easemen~ as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant ta Government Code §§50440, et se .,
this Board shaZ1. set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
. 1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on May 6 , 1980, at 10:00 a,m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
Cali.fornia, a hearing shall be held on the abandoninent of the
following described easement:
A portion of Section 23, T23N, R3E MDM, and being
a portion of Paradise Pines Unit No. 5 as recorded
in Map Sook 35 at Page 90, Butte County Official
Records, more particularly described as follows:
A 20-foot Public Utility Easement and Recreational
Easement, the centerline being the westerl.y line
o~ Lots 110, 109, 108, 7~07 and 106, as shown on
said map. Also 85, 86, 111.
Excepting therefrom_the norther~.y 25.00 feet and
that portion lying south of a line being 10.00
feet northeast and parallel with the southerly lzne
of Lot 86 and the sou~heasterly extension thereof,
2. That this Resolutiox~. be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of GovernmenC Code §50440 and 50441.
