Geist and others requesting the abandonrnent of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
N04I, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on Ma,y 6 , 1980, at 10:00 a•~• , in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Aclministration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
A portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, NIDM, and being
a portion o~ Lots 34, 37, 39, /~0 and 41 as shown on
tk~.at certain map of Paradise Pines Unit No. 15,
recorded in Map Book 38, Pages 42 through 44 of
Butte County Offic~al Records, more particularly
described as follows:
The southerly 12.00 feet of said Lots 34, 37, 39,
40 and 41, excepting therefrom the westerly ~.0.00
feet ot said Lot 40 and the easterly 10.00 feet of
said Lot 41.
2. That this Etesolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§504/~0 and 50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this lst day of April , 1980, by the following vote:
