abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOT~VED bq the Board.of Supervisors:

regu~.ar meeting on May 6 , 1980, at 10:00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County AdministraCion Building, Oroville,
California, a heaxing shal]. be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being a portion of that certain 10-foot wide public
utility easement located within T.~ot 30b of Paradise
Pines Country C7.ub Estates Unit No. 4 as said lot
and easements a~e showtz upon th.e map filed for
record a.n Book 38 at Pages 69, 7~, 71, 72 and 73,
Butte CounCq Records, mare particularly described
as follows:
A.2.50 foot strip of land, the sou~hwesrerly line
of wh~.ch is coincident with the southwesterly line
of the ~o7.lowing-described parcel:
A stra.p o~ land o~ the uniform width of 10 feet
lying contiguous to and southwesterly o~ the north-
easterly boundary line of said Lot 306 and ex~ending
from the southeasterly boundary line of said Lot 306
N 25°34'07" west approximately J.23 feet to ~he nor~~i-
westerly boundary line of said Lot 306.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and §5~4~+1.
