HomeMy WebLinkAbout80-068WHEREAS, this Board, pursuant to §20-185 of the Butte
County Code, may, by resolution, initiate proceedings to revert
property to acreage at the request of any person; and
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and incorporated herein, consists of several parcels in a
subdivision lying within a Timber Preserve Zone; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Assessor has requested that the
property described in Exhibit "A" be reverted to acreage; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property, Diamond Interna~ional
Corporation, has consented to the merger of the parcels involved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Ch~s Board that; pursuant
to §20-I85:
1. The Director of Public Works is hereby direc~ed ~a obtain
the informa~ion required pursvant to §20-183 of Che Butte County Code.
2. The Director of Public Works shall prepare and present
a staff report ~o the Subdivision Review Committee, rahich shall
conduct a hearing, review the informatzon and sha11 ensure that the
request complies with the requirements of this chapter.
3. Following their review, the Subdivision Review Committee
shall ~orraard its report to this Board for further proceedings.
