Ttzis matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State ot California,
on _April 8 , 1980, in tl~e Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, Califoxnia, and it appearing to
said Soard that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing o~ said
Abandonmen~ raas duly and regularly given as required by ].aw, and
testimony and evid.ence, both oral an.d documentary, h.aving been
produced at said hearing, from which sazd Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility ~asement and Recreational Ease-
ment is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, ~'HEREFORE, IT TS HEREBY Q~ERED as follows:
1. That the public uti~ity easement and recreational. ease-
ment situated in the County of Butte, State o~ California, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description o£ said pubiic utiiity easement
and recreationaZ easement so abandoned is situated in the County of
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
A portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDM, as shown on
that certain sv.bdivision map of Paradise Pines Unit
No. 1d, recorded in Map Book 38 at Page 13, Butte
County Official Records, more particularly described
as follows:
A strip of land 10.00 ~eet wide, adjacent to and
southerlq of t~,e north line of Lo~ 143 of said Unit
No. 10, bounded on the east by the easterly line of
said Lot I43 and on th.e west by a line 50.00 feet
easterly of and paralZel with the centerline of
Racine Circle,
3. 'Fhat the C1erk of this Boax-d shall cause a certified
