P:ills~ and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
W~iEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et seg.,
this Board sha~l set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THER~F012E, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on May 13 , 1980, at I0:00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Orovi~le,
Californza, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Lot 195 of Kelly Ridge Estates Unit 4B, being a
portion of the west half of Section 6, T19N, R5E,
NIDM, and ~he southeast quarter ot Section 1, T19N,
R4E, NIDM, as recorded in Map Book 58, at page 73,
Butte County Officiai Records, more particular~y
described as follows:
Rights of way and easements for water, gas, sewer
and for overhead and underground wires for electric
and telephone services, together with any and all
appurtenances appertaining thereto, on, over, under
and together with the right to trim or remove the
necessary trees, tree limbs or brush on those
portions of land more particularly described as a
strip af ~and six (6) feet in width within the lots
and contiguous to all side and rear lot Iines.
Said rights of way and easements petitioned hereiri to
be abandoned being contiguous to the side and rear
lot lines of said Lot 195.
Lot 326 of Kelly Ridge ~states Unit 4C, bezng a
portion of the west half of Section 6, T19N, R5E,
NIDM, as recorded in Map Book b6, at page 9, Sutte
County Official Records, more particularly described
as follows:
Righ~s of way and easements for water, gas, sewer
and for overhead and underground wires for electric
and telephone services, togethe~ with any and all
appurtenances apperta~n~ng thereto on, over, under
and together with the right to trim and remove the
necessary trees, tree limbs or brush on those portions
of land more particuZarly described as a strip of land
sxx (6) feet in width witnin the lots and contiguous
to a~~ side and rear lot lin2s.

2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
