and othexs requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement
and recxeational easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearzng on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ttte Board ot Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on May Z3 , 1980, at 10:00 a,~, in

the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easemenr:
A portion of Paradise Pa~nes Country Club Estates
1lnit No. 4, Lot 88, and being a portion of Section
35, T23N, R3E, NIDM as shown on th.at certain map
recorded in Map Book 38 at ~age 72, Butte County
Official Records, more pazta.cular~y described as
~oilows:
The east 7.00 feet of the west 12.00 feet of said
Lot 88, excepting therefrom the southerly 20.00
feet.
2. Tha~ this resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §50440 and 50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 15th day of April , I980, by the following vote:
