WFiEREAS, this Board has been made aware of the provi-
sions of AB3172; and
WHEREAS, AB3172 wi11 hopefully bring some reasanable
restraint to what has been an abusive process as far as pub~ic
agencies are concerned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board as follows:
l. That this Board strongly supports AB3172 and
respect~ully requests that it be enacted into law by the Legis-
lature.
2. That copies of this Resolution be sent to the
Honorable Ray 3ohnson, Senator, the Honorable Eugene Chappze,
Assemblyman, the Honorable Stan Statham, Assemblyman, and the
Honorable Patrick J. Nolan, Assemblyman.
