Hughes and othezs requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described beZow; and
W~IE~EAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
~his Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on lyzay 27 , 1980, at lo:oo a.m., in
the Soard Chambers, Sutte County Administration Building, Orovil.le,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being a 10-foot-wide public utility easemen.t ].ocated
with9.n T~at 103 of Paradise Pines Unit No. 8, as said
lot and easement is shown upon the map filed for
record iz~. Book 38 of Maps at Pages 1, 2, 3 and 4,
Su~re County Records, more particularly described as
follows:
A strip of land of the uni.form width of 10 feet lying
contiguous ~o and southeastex~ly of the northwesterly
boundary line at sa~.d Lot 103 and extending from the
northeasterly boundazy line of said Lot 103 S 57°28'
25" W 145.48 feet to the southwesterly bound.ary line
of said Lot 103; excepting therefrom the southwesterly
20 feet thereof, and the northeasterly 10 feet thereof.
2. That this Resolution be pasted and published pv.rsuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
