This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of But~e, State of California,
on Apri7.22, , 1980, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Suilding, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board th.at a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonmen.t was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testzmony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinaftez described Public UtiZity Easement and Re~reational
~aseznent is unnecessary for present or prospective pub~ic use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
I. That the public utility easement and recreational ease-
menr situated in th.e County of Butte, State of California, as herein-
after more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the descriptzon of said public utility easement
and recreational easement so abandoned is situated in the County ot
Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
A portion of Secti,on 35, T23N, R3E MDM and being a
portion of Lot 2J.6, as shown on that certain map
of Paradise Pines Country Club Estates Unit No. 4,
recorded in Book 38 of Maps at Pages 69 to 73, Butte
Cnunty Official Records, more particularly described
as follows:
Parcel I- A IO-foot stx~.p of land southeasterly of,
ati right ang~e to and adjacent to the northerly Iine
of said Lo~ 216; bounded on the east by the east line
of said Lo~ 216; and bounded on the west by the west
line of said Lot 216.
Parcel II - A 10-foot stzi.p o£ land southeasterly of,
a~ right angel ax~.d adjacent to the westerly Iine of
said Lot 2Z6; bounded on the north by the nortli.erly
line of said Lot 216 and on the south by a lzne 50.00
feet northerly of and parailel with tE~e centerline of
