WHEREAS, William Savage served as Oroville City dudge from 1947 to 1952;

WHEREAS, William Savage'won C~e eiection to the Croville Justice CourC in ~
1452, an office he has held for over 27 years; and
WHEAEAS, William Savage 4as served extensively on Superior Court bencMes in
other counties on s~ecial assignment by the California JudiciaT Council; and
WHEREAS, William Savage has demonstrated outstanding expertise on court
administration and ~s recogni~ed thr~ughout the State as one of our Teading juritts;
NOW, THEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVE~ by the Board of Supervisors of the CounCy o-
